1. Where does the photoshoot take place?

  I conduct shoots in studios (I have a list of trusted locations in Yekaterinburg) and on location: in parks, in the city center, on the Iset River embankment, or outside the city in nature. Together we’ll choose the place that best suits the idea of your photoshoot in Yekaterinburg.

2. How should I prepare for the shoot? What to wear?

The main thing is to feel comfortable and confident! A general rule: avoid large logos, choose solid fabrics or classic prints that highlight your personality. You can find detailed recommendations on the Preparation page..  

3. Do I need a professional makeup artist?

  Not necessarily. Since I prefer artistic photography, makeup is hardly used there — you can just slightly tint your eyelashes. For a thematic beauty shoot or photo walk, professional makeup is welcome. I can recommend trusted artists in Yekaterinburg.  

4. How long does the shoot last?

  The duration of the shoot depends on its type and your preferences. Typically, a standard studio shoot takes from 1 to 3 hours. It’s important to discuss all details in advance so I can accommodate all your wishes.

5. When will I receive the photos?

Photo processing times depend on the complexity of the shoot, but I try to deliver finished work within 2-4 weeks. After processing is complete, I upload the photos to an online gallery where you can view and download them.

It’s also possible to order printed products, which takes a little more time.

6. How many photos will I receive?

  The number of photos depends on the type and dynamics of the shoot, but I never limit you in terms of frames. You will receive all successful and artistically valuable photos (usually 50-80+ from one shoot) with color correction, and 5-10 photos with signature artistic retouching, depending on the package you choose.  

7. Do you do retouching? What does it include?

  Basic retouching (color correction, cropping, skin cleaning) is done for all photos in the gallery. Additional in-depth retouching (for example, complex figure correction, clothing adjustments, complex background work) is discussed and paid separately.  

8. I don’t know how to pose, and it makes me uncomfortable. Will you help?

  Of course! My main task is to create an atmosphere where you can relax. I won’t force you into uncomfortable poses. 90% of my guidance involves gentle movements, genuine emotions, and live interaction. I guide, and you remain yourself.  

9. Can I do a shoot with a child / family / pet?

 Absolutely! I really love family and children’s photography. Warm, lively shots with loved ones are the most valuable photographs. I also work with animals — just let me know in advance. 

10. How do I book a date?

  We book the date after our conversation and agreement on all details. Booking requires a 20% prepayment of the chosen package cost (plus studio rental if applicable). This is a guarantee for both you and me, your photographer in Yekaterinburg.  

11. Do you shoot in other cities?

  Yes, I occasionally do shoots in Saint Petersburg and can travel to other cities. We can discuss travel details and possible additional expenses for transportation and accommodation. Such shoots often add a special atmosphere to your photos, and I’m always happy to explore new locations.

12. How do I choose photos for processing?

  When I send the photos, I’ll provide you access to a drive on my website where you can view all the images. Select the ones you like and mark them with hearts. This creates a list of photos that I can see. I’ll retouch those photos and upload them to a separate folder.  

13. How much do your services cost?

I offer various photography styles, including portrait, family, artistic photography, and reportage. Each session is personalized to reflect your individuality and the moments most important to you.

The cost of my services varies depending on the type and duration of the shoot. For example, a photo walk starts from 5,000 rubles for 30 minutes, and an artistic shoot starts from 10,000 rubles. If you’re interested in additional services, such as printing a photo book, I’ll gladly provide all the details.

14. Why is the price set this way?

  The cost includes not just the shooting hour. It encompasses many years of experience, ongoing education, my artistic vision, professional equipment, payment for digital software, and hours of meticulous selection and processing of each frame to create your unique story.  

15. Are there any discounts?

  I value planning and advance booking. Therefore, there’s a special condition for those who book a shoot 2 months or more in advance. There are also discounts for my regular clients. Please inquire when discussing your shoot.
